Silke Tesch

Silke Tesch ( born July 5, 1958 in Holzhausen am Hünstein, Circle Biedenkopf, Hesse ) is a Hessian politician ( SPD party) and former Member of the Hesse Landtag.

Education and work

After training as a teacher from 1975 to 1978 and a subsequent training as an industrial clerk was made in 1980 to start their own family business in the craft from 2000 to 2003 Assistant in the management of an industrial enterprise. From 1 October 2009, she was employed by the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Rhein- Main as the coordinator for crafts and school with the specific remit for young people with less opportunities. On 22 August 1966, she got in an accident in which she was hit by a truck, her left lower leg.

She is married and has one daughter.

Policy

Silke Tesch was a member of the sub-district of Marburg -Biedenkopf in the SPD member and chairman of the local branch Breidenbach and by virtue of office. She is a member of the local parliament of Breidenbach. From 2001 to 2008 she was a member of the County Council Marburg -Biedenkopf. From April 2003 to November 2008 she was a Member of the Hesse Landtag. There she was a member of the Council of Elders, the Committee on Economic Affairs and Transport, the Committee on Petitions and the hardship commission at the Hessian Minister of the Interior and Sport. In 2004 she was a member of the 12th Federal Assembly.
