Silvia Farina Elia

Silvia Farina Elia ( * April 27, 1972 in Milan ) is a former Italian tennis player.

Career

Farina Elia, which began with the sport of tennis at the age of ten years, is one of the most successful tennis players of Italy. From 2001 to 2003, she won three times in a row the WTA tournament in Strasbourg. In 2002, she defeated there in the final, the then top-10 player Jelena Dokić.
