The Sims - class destroyer was a class that was used in World War II by the United States Navy. The class consisted of twelve ships, which were asked in 1939 and 1940 in service.
During World War II, five of the ships were destroyed, four of the Japanese and one of the Germans. The remaining ships were put out of service after the war.
