Simtex

Simtex was an American game developer company based in Austin, Texas.

History

It was founded by Steve Barcia 1988. Simtex focused on the development of turn-based strategy games for personal computers, such as Master of Orion, Master of Orion II and Master of Magic. The company has sold the trademark of all games at Atari and was closed in 1997.
