Sindri (mythology)

Sindri (also called Eitri ) is a dwarf in Norse mythology, who together with his brother Brokkr the golden boar Gullinborsti, the gold ring and the hammer Mjolnir created Draupnir. Brokkr gave the golden boar to Freyr, the ring to Odin and Thor the hammer. (see also Loki's wager with the dwarves in Skáldskaparmál in the younger Edda ).
