Sirba River

The Sirba is a tributary of the Niger River, which originates in Burkina Faso and about 50 kilometers upstream from Niamey Niger flows into the neighboring Niger. It is about 350 kilometers long and leads only temporarily water.

In Niger, runs along the boundary of the department of Sirba Téra to the southern departments Kollo and Torodi. Since the 1980s, is obtained in the valley of the Niger section of the Sirba gold.
