Sisters Adorers of the Royal Heart of Jesus Christ Sovereign Priest

The Adoration Sisters of the Royal Heart of Jesus (Latin: Adoratrices Cordis Regalis Jesus Christ Summi Sacerdotis ) are the sister group, which belongs to the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest.

History

The Congregation was founded in 2001 in the Austrian Tyrol and moved 2004 to Italy. Pope Benedict XVI. Community awarded on October 7, 2008, the legal status of a Society of Apostolic Life of Pontifical Right.

It is a contemplative institution whose sisters do not live in seclusion and celebrate the liturgy of 1962. The Institute sees itself in the tradition of St. Francis de Sales and is under the patronage of the undefiled Virgin Mary received. Their motto is In corde Regis (In the heart of the king).

The Convention at Florence is located near the seminary of the "Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest " in Gricigliano where the first three sisters were dressed in spring 2004. Meanwhile, the Order includes 25 sisters and several postulants (as of 2013). In January 2014, the Adoration Sisters have populated than other Convention the German Kloster Maria Engelport.
