Six Dynasties
Under the Six Dynasties (Chinese六朝, Pinyin Liù Chao ) summarize the Chinese historians the following to the Han dynasty dynasties together:
- Wu Dynasty
- Eastern Jin Dynasty
- Liu Song Dynasty ( Earlier Song Dynasty )
- Qi Dynasty
- Liang Dynasty
- Chen Dynasty
All these dynasties were south of the Yangtze River and had their capital in Jiankang, present-day Nanjing.
