Sjöbo

Sjöbo is a place ( tätort ) in the southern Swedish province of Skåne County and the historical province Scania. It is the capital of the municipality of the same name.

History

The town began to grow, as a stop here on the railway line between Malmö and Simrishamn was established at the beginning of the 19th century. Today Sjöbo can no longer be reached by train, but it intersect two major roads.
