Sliding T bevel
The bevel, also called bevel or bevel setting, is in many skilled trades used, adjustable angle for the direct transfer of indefinite angles on workpieces. The bevel consists of a slotted leg and an adjustable tongue that open up at a certain angle and then by a screw - can be fixed - similar to a blackboard compass. The material of the tool can be wood or metal.
A particular type is the Gehrungsschmiege which can be adjusted in both the horizontal and the vertical angle as a miter saw.
