Slovak Ice Hockey Federation

The Slovenský zväz ľadového hokeja ( German Slovak ice hockey federation, short SZĽH ) is the National Hockey Association of Slovakia, was founded on February 2, 1993. The office of the Association is located in Bratislava. At the international level, the Slovak national ice hockey team represents the association. President of the Association is Juraj Široký

For association includes 80 hockey clubs in which a total of 8671 players are registered (as of June 15, 2010 ), which consist of 1886 senior and junior players 6497. There are also a total of 288 coaches and 389 referees (including 21 women). In addition, the association belong to 45 hockey schools for children and 21 secondary schools Hockey.
