The disreputable is a social drama directed by Gerhard Lamprecht from the year 1925 " Experiences " by Heinrich Zille. The screenplay he co-authored with Louise Heil Born- Körbitz. It is one of three so-called " milieu " films of the director, which at that time, certainly not only out of respect for their inspirer, the great Berlin artist and photographer, known as Zille films.
The film is set in Berlin after World War II and is about two guys who are released from prison. Action

Background
The production of the film was was encouraged and supported by Adolf Born salvation, the brother of Lamprecht's assistant Louise Heil Born- Körbitz which doctor, writer and a personal friend of Heinrich Zille.
