Snow White's Poison Bite

Snow White's Poison Bite is a Finnish metalcore band from Joensuu.

Band History

SWPB was founded in 2007 and consisted of the musicians Allan " Jeremy Thirteenth " Cotterill (vocals / guitar), Tuomo Korander (guitar), Jarkko Penttinen (bass) and Teemu Leikas (drums).

In May 2008, Snow White's Poison Bite won the Big Boom band Competition. The price was a 3-day reference in a modern recording studio and a slot on the Himos Festival 2008. Their named after the band's debut EP was produced in 2008 and published in-house. In early 2009 the band signed a contract with Poko Rekords (EMI Finland) and released the EP Drama Through Your Stereo. The band was opening for the American band Alesana, who played in Helsinki. On the Music Against Drugs tour, which was launched by the organization Youth Against Drugs, the band played for the first time in Finland.

The band is available since early 2010 at Sound of Finland Records and released their debut album The Story of Kristy Killings on October 27, 2010. In Japan, the album was released via Marquee / Avalon. In the U.S., the album is merely available to download on ITunes. Previously, Singles Valentine's Doom and Kristy Killings published.

The band played in April 2011 in the opening act of the Swedish band Her Bright Skies. 5 May 2011 gave Toumo Korander, Jarkko Penttinen and Teemu Leikas the exit from the band known. Currently, the only remaining Allan Cotterill is looking for new musicians to the band to regroup. Due to the alighting of the three musicians an attached Finland tour had to be canceled.

In the meantime, have with Tuomo Räisänen (guitars), Wili Ala- Krekola (drums) and Hannu Saarimaa (bass guitar ) and three new musicians found around singer Jeremy Thirteenth. To have been on 16 October 2012, the Group announced the U.S. label Victory Records even signed. Currently the group is working on a new album to be released on April 16, 2013, Featuring: Dr. Gruesome And The Gruesome Gory Horror Show is hot. In April and May 2013, the group toured with Her Bright Skies, among others, and Farewell, My Love in the Bryan Stars tour of the United States. Following this tour, the band played on another concert tour with Chomp Chomp Attack! from Canada.

The band refers to their music style as Horrorcore.
