Career

Só Pra Contrariar was founded in 1989 in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais by Alexandre Pires, Fernando Pires, Hamilton Faria, Juliano Pires, Vital Luisinho, Luis Fernando, Alexandre Popó, Rogério Viana and Serginho Sales. The band became known for their very melodic and romantic Pagoda songs that were very successful. 1993 she released her first album " Que Se Chama Amor", the CD " Só Pra Contrariar " 1997 sold 3 million times already.
