SOBR
The SOBR (Russian Специальные отряды быстрого реагирования to German about Fast Spezialeingreiftruppe ) is comparable with the Special Operations Command special unit of the Russian Interior Ministry, which was officially disbanded in the wake of restructuring on 16 September 2002 by a decision by Interior Minister Boris Gryzlov.
