The Sochi (Russian Сочи, Шъачэ Adyghe, Abkhaz Шəача ) is a river in the Caucasus, which leads into the city of Sochi in the Black Sea.

The Sochi flows through the Stadtrajons Zentralny and Chostinski of Sochi in the southern Russian region of Krasnodar. It is the third longest river of Sochi to Mzymta and Tschache. The main tributaries are Jegoschka, Ojschcho, Ats and Agwa.

In the region of the mouth at Riviera Park the banks have been reinforced with concrete. Along the river are the towns and suburbs Baranovka, Plastinka and Orechowka and Aschtschek.

In the thirties of the 20th century gold was discovered.
