Société à responsabilité limitée

Société à responsabilité limitée (abbreviated LLC or Sàrl ) is the name of the legal form of a limited liability company in France.

For the foundation, the creation of a company statutes ( les Regulations ) is required, there is no prescribed minimum share capital. There are also one-person companies possible. The entry shall be made in the commercial register ( registre du commerce et des sociétés, short RCS).
