The SITA Germany GmbH is the fourth largest private waste management company in Germany. It is a subsidiary of the French environmental services group Suez Environnement on which the GDF Suez Group holds the majority.

The company was founded in 1999 and is since 2008 part of the SITA Germany GmbH.
