History

Today's Solanka was probably founded 1402-1410 by the Commander Marquard of salt creek. Among the later owners were the families of Werndorf and Stutterheim. From this also the name Salzbach derived. In 1785 there were in the village and the associated Vorwerk 20 residential buildings, in 1817 there were 29 buildings with 250 inhabitants in 1945 .. at the end of the Second World War, the Red Army marched into the area a.
