Solomon Shereshevsky

Solomon Weniaminowitsch Schereschewski (Russian Соломон Вениаминович Шерешевский; * 1886, † 1958) was a Russian journalist and memory artist who became famous in the 1920s.

It took decades of memory studies in part, mainly at the neuropsychologist Alexander Luria. Meanwhile essay on Schereschewski ( " Small Portrait of a big memory" ) is regarded as a model for the character of " Asano " in the film Away with Words by Christopher Doyle.
