Soraya Jiménez
Soraya Jiménez Mendivil (* August 5, 1977 in Naucalpan de Juárez, † March 28, 2013 ) was a Mexican weightlifter.
Career
Your biggest success Soraya Jimenez Mendivil at the Summer Olympic Games in 2000, where she was able to win against all forecasts the gold medal in the weight category up to 58 kg with a capacity of 225.5 kg. This made her the first female Olympic champion of Mexico. In 2004, she ended her career.
She died at the age of 35 of a heart attack.
