At the age of 16 years Avram came into the first team of Dinamo Bacau, where he died on March 20, 1960 to its first use in the highest Romanian league, the Divizia A (now League 1) came. After Avram had become the summer of 1962 with the Romanian Youth National Team European Champion, he played in the 1962/ 63 Viitorul Bucharest, which had emerged from the winning team.
