Souad Aït Salem

Souad Aït Salem ( born January 6, 1979 in Mecheria, Naama Province) is an Algerian long-distance runner.

2000 Algiers was Africa champion in the 10,000 meter race. 2002 finished at the African Championships in wheel over the same distance in fifth place, but failed at the World Athletics Championships 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis and at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004, respectively in the semifinals of the 5000 -meter run.
