Sound-in-Syncs
Sound in sync [ saʊnd ɪn sɪŋk ], in the UK also sound -in- syncs, is a process in which the horizontal blanking interval of a PAL signal instead of the conventional synchronous pulse and the porches of houses a digital, usually uncompressed audio signal.
To play an additional decoder is required. The method is therefore mainly used for internal transfers between television channels, for example, by the European Broadcasting Union.
