South Africa Fed Cup team
The South African Fed Cup team is the national team of South Africa Tennis, which is used in the Fed Cup. The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup ) is the most important competition for national teams in women's tennis, similar to the Davis Cup for the men.
History
For the first time South Africa took part in the 1963 Fed Cup. The best result was the victory in 1972.
