South Devon cattle

The South Devon Cattle (English: South Devon cattle ) is a breed of cattle from the county of Devon in England, United Kingdom.

The South Devon cattle are the largest beef breed in Britain. Their origins date back probably to the 16th century; the " South Devon Herd Book Society of England " however, was not founded until 1891.

South Devon cattle are copper- red color.

Today they are spread all over the world and have proven to be very useful meat breed.
