Life
Their most notable roles include the Klingon officer Vixis in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier and the assassin Patrice in Buffy - the Vampire Slayer episode " What's My Line '. After they originally practiced in music and dance, she later moved into acting. Here she focused on action roles, which were often characterized by stunts, which made use of their martial arts and athletic ability. She also worked as a stunt coordinator, where she was responsible for the choreography of fight scenes for film and television, but also in commercials.
Williams - Crosby began fitness training at the age of 26 years, including bodybuilding and proper diet. It is a well-known vegan and has written both a book and several articles on this topic.

She is married to Gregory Crosby, grandson of Bing Crosby. The couple has a son, Luke Gregory.
