Spike Goddard

Richard " Spike " Goddard ( born August 17, 1992) is an Australian racing driver. He started in 2013 with a British license in the European Formula 3 Championship.

Career

Goddard began his motorsport career in 2010 in Formula racing. He first started in the Victorian Formula Ford, a regional race series in Australia. He was third in the overall standings. In 2011, Goddard decided on a move to Europe and he received a cockpit for the British Formula Ford at Jamun Racing. While his teammate Scott Malvern won the championship, Goddard reached the tenth. In addition, he participated in the Formula Ford EuroCup, a series without Appreciation, in part.

2012 Goddard moved to Three Bond with T-Sport in the British Formula 3 Championship. With an older vehicle, he started in the rookie class. This, he won 12 out of 28 races and decided it for themselves. In addition, he appeared as a guest starter for three races of the Formula 3 Euro Series. Early 2013 joined Goddard in New Zealand's Toyota Racing Series for M2 Competition on. Goddard finished the season from 17th place in the drivers' standings, while his teammate Nick Cassidy won the championship. Then Goddard returned to Europe to Three Bond with T- Sport back. For the team he joined in 2013 in the European Formula 3 Championship. In this series he started with a British license. Two 14th places were his best results. In addition, Goddard was at a meeting of the British Formula 3 at the start. He scored a second place.
