The Spotless Starling (Sturnus unicolor ) is a species of the family of Starlings ( Sturnidae ).

Features

The Spotless reaches a body length of 19-22 centimeters and is very similar to the star, but he is in breeding plumage unspotted completely black and has a uniform, purple luster that shimmers from certain angles green. Adult females and males during the first summer have some bright spots on the under tail-coverts. Voice

Habitat and Distribution

The Spotless Starling lives in settlements and gardens, partly in olive groves or on cliffs, where these nesting sites offer.
