Spring Airlines

Spring Airlines (Chinese春秋 航空公司, Pinyin Chunqiu Hángkōng Gongsi, Spring and Autumn airline ', in short:春 航) is a Chinese low-cost airline based in Shanghai. It is the first low cost airline in China. Spring Airlines is a subsidiary of the travel company Shanghai Spring International Travel Service.

History

Spring Airlines received its operating license on 26 May 2004 and took over in July 2005, their first machine, an Airbus A320 from Lotus Air Flight operations commenced on 18 July with a flight from Shanghai to Yantai. At the same time a flight to Guilin was added to the program. On 1 April 2009, the airline went to Shanghai to the stock market. The largest shareholder with 60 % Spring Airlines, followed by Shanghai Spring International Travel Service. Spring Airlines owns 33 % of, founded in 2013, Japanese Spring Airlines Japan. This is the end 2013/Anfang perform 2014 domestic flights within Japan and international flights to China.
