Søren Marinus Jensen
Søren Marinus Jensen ( born May 5, 1879 in Skødstrup, Aarhus Kommune, † January 6, 1965 ) was a Danish wrestler.
Jensen won two Olympic gold medals in the interludes in 1906 and two bronze medals in 1908 and 1912. He is the most successful Danish wrestlers at the Olympic Games. In addition to the Olympics Jensen also launched at the European and World Championship tournaments. So he won in Berlin in 1905 the world title. Vice European champion Jensen 1907, 1911 and 1912, the tournaments are evaluated from 1907 to 1912 today as an unofficial European championships.
