The Federico C. was a passenger and cruise ship going at times for Costa Crociere.

History

The ship was built in 1958. From March 1958 to 1966, the ship of Genoa traveled to Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires. It was replaced in 1966 by the new Eugenio C.. After the ship from Genoa drove to Florida, the Caribbean and Venezuela. In 1968 the ship was used exclusively for cruises. In 1983 the ship was sold to Premier Cruises, who used the ship as a StarShip Royale. From 1988 to 1997, the ship sailed as SeaBreeze for Dolphin Cruises Line and was used for cruises in the Caribbean. From 1997, the ship was reinstated by Premier Cruises. In December 2000, it sank on the way to breaking up in a storm off the U.S. coast.
