St. John's Cross
The John Cross is a Latin cross (ie, a cross with a long lower arm ) with the intersection point, starting initially as wide and lasting until at its end widening to the outside arms. The corresponding variation of the Greek cross ( with arms of equal length ) is the cross paws.
It is not to be confused with the Maltese cross, also known as St. John Cross ( especially for both of the English, the names " St. John's cross" find ).
In heraldry it is found as a common figure in crest.
