Stade Malien

Stade Malien is a football club from the Malian capital Bamako.

The association was created in 1960 when Jeanne d' Arc du Soudan and Espérance Bamako merged. Jeanne d' Arc was founded in 1939 by the French missionary Bouvier and 1953 as well as 1956 winner of the Coupe d' AOF. After the merger, the club reach numerous titles in the national championship and the Cup.

Home ground of playing in white and blue association is the Stade du 26 mars, Bamako.

2009 succeeded to the title of the CAF Confederation Cup the biggest international success of the Malian Association.
