The Stadio Comunale di Monigo is a stadium in the Italian city of Treviso. It is mainly used for rugby matches.

History

The stadium is the home of the team Benetton Rugby Treviso. The club bears in this stadium of the home games in the professional league Pro 12 and Heineken Cup. The building was constructed in 1970 and opened in 1973. It has a capacity of 6,700 spectators and has two grandstands. As on January 24, 1998, more than 10,000 people were expected at the game between the national teams of Italy Rugby and Scotland, it has increased the capacity with additional grandstands on both sides.

Premises

In addition to the field and the spectators, there are three cabins, two for the athletes and referees. Then there is the infirmary, two bars and a press room with press box and electrical connections.
