The Gloria Stadium is a football stadium in the Romanian city of Bistrita. It can accommodate 7,800 spectators and is the club Gloria Bistrita as homestead.

History

The Gloria Stadium in Bistrita, in the national language Stadionul Municipal Gloria: appointed ( German Municipal Stadium Gloria ), was built in the late 1920s and opened in 1930, that in the eighth year of existence of Gloria Bistrita. Since then, the club based in Bistrita plays its home games from here. Gloria's greatest success was winning the Romanian Cup in season 1994. Awarded the highest ranking of the association in the national championship was third in the 2002/03 season.

The stadium in Bistrita was renovated in 2008 and expanded the capacity to the existing 7,800 places today. As part of the renovation, lawn and turf irrigation heating was installed, and improved electronic equipment. Also located in the stadium a mini hotel and an artificial turf field.
