Stan McQuay

Stan McQuay Michael ( born July 12, 1983 in Yokosuka, Japan) is an American bodybuilder.

Life

He was born July 12, 1983, the son of a Japanese mother and an Irish father. In childhood, his family moved to the United States, first to Illinois, then to California Van Nuys. In his spare time he went surfing and skateboarding. In order to play in his football team in college, he began weight training.

In the event area he improved from the initial middleweight to light heavyweight.

In addition to his employment as a competitive bodybuilder, he works as well as a fitness trainer.

Stan McQuay is single and lives in California. At a size of 170 cm his competition weight is 84 to 86 kg otherwise 93 to 95 kg.
