Standard Parasitic Exchange Format

The Standard Parasitic Exchange Format ( SPEF ) is a file format for the computer-aided design of electronic circuits. With this, the electrical resistance and capacitance, as well as the delay time of the wiring elements will be described. The data is stored in SPICE format. The SPEF is part of the IEEE 1481-1999.
