Stanislav Romanov

Stanislaw Igorewitsch Romanov (Russian Станислав Игоревич Романов; born May 14, 1987 in Saratov, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since 2013 in Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Stanislav Romanov began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, for the second team, he was active from 2003 to 2006 in the third-class Perwaja league. In the season 2005/ 06 he also gave parallel his debut for the first team of the club in the Super League, in which he remained no points in four games and won two penalty minutes. From 2006 to 2009, the counsel for Disel Pensa in Wysschaja League, the second Russian league ran on. From 2009 to 2011, he played for Neftjanik Almetyevsk - initially continued in the Wysschaja League and in the 2010/11 season in its successor competition Wysschaja Hockey League.

For the 2011/12 season Romanov was obliged Metallurg Novokuznetsk of the Kontinental Hockey League from and completed by 2013 over 80 KHL games for the club. He then moved within the league to Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk.
