State Ethnic Affairs Commission
The State Ethnic Affairs Commission (abbreviation :国家 民族 事务 委员会, pinyin: guojia Minzu Shiwu Wěiyuánhuì ) also known as SEAC ( engl. State Ethnic Affairs Commission ) is an agency of the State Council and executive body of the ethnic policy. This Commission was established on 22 October 1949 and was originally part of the central government.
