State Planning Organization (Turkey)

The Devlet plan Lama Teşkilatı, abbreviated as DPT, was formerly one of the most influential central authorities of Turkey. The Planning Department is now affiliated to the Prime Minister Office of Turkey. Its official name is Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Başbakanlığı Devlet plan Lama Teşkilatı Müsteşarlığı. History and tasks

It was established after the military coup of 1960 on September 30th of the same year, at the behest of the Committee of National Unity ..
