Stefan Schostok

Stefan Schostok ( born May 12, 1964 in Hildesheim ) is a German politician ( SPD). Since October 11, 2013 he is the mayor of Hanover. From 2010 to 2013 he was chairman of the SPD faction in the parliament of Lower Saxony.

Education and work

Stefan Schostok has lived since 1971 in Hanover, and for a time in Isernhagen. Policy

Stefan Schostok is a member of the SPD since 1983. Since 1995 he is member of the board of the SPD district of Hanover. From 1991 to 1995 he was chairman of the Young Socialists District Hanover. He is a member of the board of the SPD City Association Hanover.
