The Steinbach is a creek in northeastern Baden -Württemberg, the left- opens in Steinbach an der Jagst, community Frankenhardt, the district of Schwäbisch Hall in the Jagst.
Course
The Steinbach will be named Honhardter creek about 0.8 km east of the Franks Hardter hamlet Vorderuhlberg, on the upper escarpment slopes of the Gipskeuper down sloping of the pebble sandstone plateau to the east Rothalde, several intermittent tributing sources, the highest about 480 m above sea level. MSL. It flows from origin to its mouth at quite resistant to the east to northeasterly direction. The catchment area of Steinbach comprises about 8.7 km ² and lies entirely in the district Honhardter part of the community Frankenhardt. It borders listed starting clockwise from its mouth, on the south by the blade of Bach; then follow the riparian Goldbach, Sulzbach with inflows and blind red in the west and north of the watershed runs against the southern tributaries of the Speltach and they themselves back in the lower reaches to the well stream.
The Steinbach runs from the Tiefensägmühle down in bed straightened. From there on, almost to Steinbach found on the hill slopes sometimes heaths.
