Stepan Topal

Stepan Mikhailovich Topal ( born 1938 ) is a former Prime Minister ( Başkan ) of the autonomous region of Gagauzia in Moldova. He was previously on 31 October 1990 to 1 December 1991 president of the Supreme Soviet of Gagauzia and from 1 December 1991 to June 19, 1995 President.

He is a Christian Gagause.
