Stephanie Wheeler

Stephanie Wheeler ( born January 16, 1981 in Norlina, North Carolina) is an American wheelchair basketball player.

Wheeler studied at the University of Illinois, where she received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. During her time at the University of Illinois, she was three times national champion with the University 's own Rohlstuhlbasketballmannschaft. Currently she is preparing her doctoral thesis at the University of Alabama. Wheeler is there a member of the wheelchair basketball team of the establishment and functioning as a player and assistant coach.

2004 and 2008 she won one gold medal at the Paralympic Games with the U.S. wheelchair basketball team of women.

Wheelers Heimartort is currently Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
