Stephen A. Kent

Stephen Alan Kent ( born 1951 /52) is teaching at the University of Alberta sociologist and scholar of religion. His research focuses on new religious movements and deviance. Since 1996, he has proven a connoisseur and critic of the Church of Scientology. In 1997, he reported before German government officials about the Scientology movement. For this he was attacked in June 1998 in the newspaper " The Globe and Mail " by Scientologists.
