Steven Sasson

Steven J. Sasson ( born July 4, 1950 in Brooklyn ) is an American engineer at Kodak in 1975 constructed the first digital camera.

Sasson was assigned on December 26, 1978, the U.S. Patent 4,131,919.

In 2008 he was awarded the Culture Prize of the German Society for Photography.
