Stig Andersson-Tvilling

Stig Gunnar Andersson Tvilling ( born July 15, 1928 in Bromma, † September 20, 1989 in Kungsängen ) was a Swedish ice hockey player. His twin brother Hans Andersson - Tvilling was also a professional hockey player.

Career

At club level, Stig Andersson Tvilling played exclusively for Djurgårdens IF. From 1947 to 1961, he joined with his team in Division 1, the then highest Swedish league, at. In the years 1950, 1954, 1955, 1958, 1959, 1960 and 1961, he won the Swedish Djurgårdens IF each title.

Internationally

For Sweden took Andersson Tvilling at the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo in 1952 and 1956 in Cortina d' Ampezzo. At the Winter Games in 1952 he won the bronze medal with his team.
