Stig Sollander

Stig Oscar " Solla " Sollander ( born June 25, 1926 in Östersund, Jämtland ) is a Swedish former alpine skier, who was especially successful in the Alpine combined. In this discipline, he won the bronze medal at the 1954 World Cup in Åre. At the Olympic Winter Games 1956 in Cortina d' Ampezzo, he received bronze in the same discipline as well as bronze in the slalom. From 1952 to 1958 he won two Swedish championship title in the downhill and slalom.
