Red Church

Somewhat uncharacteristic of the Flaming is the standing in the center red brick church in the late Romanesque style. In general, the flaming is known for its stone churches, but even these " Red " is a non- inferior sight. The tower was once a little higher, but there is a few years back, a church clock which is sound with light and a white dial to hear and see from afar.

The first church Straachs ( fläming a typical stone church ) stood in the cemetery of the village. The "red" Construction of the church was the end of the 19th century ( inauguration on May 14, 1886). Demolition and construction of the church took place, because its predecessor too small and because they had been damaged in wartime.
